HRT is now made from natural ingredients and can reduce the risks of osteoporosis, dementia, heart disease and relieve menopause symptoms - of which there are many!
I’m now on HRT and it’s made a massive difference - but I think of it as a top up to my exercises and healthy eating. I hardly eat sugar, but if I do, my hot flushes and bloating simply return. Each week I do a combination of Aerobic-based exercise and weight training, such as
Clubbercise , Dancefit and Aerobics, Lift & Tone and Kettlebells.
As well as Pilates and Ibiza Flex
These exercises help to reduce the risk of many conditions, including obesity, heart disease, high blood pressure, type 2 diabetes, and strokes.
They also decrease the risk of osteoporosis and increase depleted muscle mass as we mature.
Weight training is incredibly important during menopause
As we age we lose muscle mass so it's important to increase it via toning
That's why we do a 15 minute Lift and Tone class every week day morning and I run quick 30 day toning challenges

I do what I do for my health - not just to maintain my weight or look good. Weight control and healthy lifestyle go hand in hand.
Each day I:
Eat good protein and carbs
Eat healthy fats
Aim for my 5 a day - sometimes more
Aim for 30g fibre
Aim for 2 litres of water
