Top tips to help stop snacking

1.) Pour Yourself a Glass of Water. Hunger is easily confused with thirst


2.) Add More Protein to Your Meals, it will make you feel fuller for longer


3.) Look for Snacking Patterns, is it actually because you are hungry or bored?


4.) Keep Your Hands Busy.


5.) Avoid Keeping Snack Food in the House.


6.) Get More Sleep.


7.) Clean your teeth.


8.) Get up and do some exercise or walk.
