Calming breath work and relaxation from Ibiza Flex, now on the app.

Life can feel busy, can't it? Work, family, Christmas around the corner and a never-ending to-do list. Sometimes the best thing we can do for ourselves is simply stop and breathe.

That's why I'm so excited to share our brand new channel, Breathe & Unwind. It's FREE for everyone on the app, whatever your membership.

What is Breath Work?

Breath work is simply slowing down and paying attention to how you breathe. It sounds simple, but taking slow, deep breaths can help calm your mind and relax your body.

Many people find it helps them to:

  • feel calmer and less stressed

  • switch off at the end of a busy day

  • fall asleep more easily

  • release tension in the neck, shoulders and jaw

What You'll Find in the Channel

Gentle, guided breath work and relaxation sessions taken from my Ibiza Flex classes. Just lie back, close your eyes and follow my voice. There's nothing to watch and nothing to get right.

Your first session, Breathe & Unwind, is 10 minutes long. It's perfect before bed, on your lunch break, or whenever life feels a bit much.

Try It Now

Have a listen to the first session here: Breathe & Unwind on YouTube
