๐ง Plan your weeks meals so you have the ingredients in the fridge
๐ง Have a go to back up meal thats healthy and you can throw together quickly
My go to meal is Tuna, Tomato and bean pasta - All of these can be stored in the cupboard ........

Cook your pasta, add your Tuna, Tinned tomatoes and tin of beans and you are done!
Should take no longer than 15 minutes
๐งWhat about a stir-fry? Fry off some garlic, add soy sauce. lemon juice and ginger - Garlic you can get in a jar and store in your fridge. ginger you can freeze in inch - cubes, add your stir-fry veg - cook and add to some precooked fish or chicken! Takes minutes
