  1. Turmeric!

    I make sure I add it to my breakfast daily, I either sprinkle it on eggs or have in my porridge.

    It can help with inflammation and cell damage - I only sprinkle a tiny amount



  1. Flaxseed!

    I make sure I add it to my breakfast daily

    My menopause wonder seed! Helps to up my daily omegas to help my skin and gut - again I only sprinkle on a tiny amount!
