Why doing Flexibility and mobility can help prevent injury!

I just want to say again


Please make sure you are doing at least one if not two Pilates or Ibiza flex each week


It’s so important to keep mobile through the joints and muscles


It’s not a cop out class, it’s actually one of the most important


Your other classes will benefit plus your muscles and joints will be so flexible it will help you not get pulled muscles or injuries


It’s so easy to just bend down or look backwards and something can go if it’s already really tight, there’s no give!


There’s two Ibiza flex per week now

30 mins


Tuesday 7.30pm

Thursday 7.45pm


You can do them from home


There’s even a 15 minute one on the app

Or Pilates wed 7.15pm or zoom or hundreds of replays of both!
