How’s it going?
Did you have good intentions to start your exercise regime Monday but haven’t yet?
It’s never too late to get that workout done or have a better day with your water intake.
Try your best every day
Don’t worry about perfection just be as consistent as you can.
Some days will be better than others but dust yourself off and try again.
I’m not perfect every single day but I do get up and say "today will
be a good day!"
I’m grateful to be able to exercise, so many don’t have that opportunity and if it was suddenly taken away we would miss it, but the funny thing is, doing the exercise might just help us to stay healthier for longer!
Get up and say to yourself....
Today I will try my best.
Write down a few things to aim for and tick them off ie your Lift lean in just 15 minutes with me Roz Live on Zoom or on replay.
A member came to me last night and said
"I’m loving the 15 minutes"
Just doing them before work has made a huge impact to my day!!
