Hydration Tips!

  1. Fill a hot water bottle with cold water – place in your bed at night

  2. Get a gel pack and freeze

  3. Glass of cold water by the bed

  4. Use a fan

  5. Use a dog cooling mat under pillow

  6. Make a pot of peppermint tea and cool

  7. Add lemon, fresh mint and fresh ginger to your water

  8. Steer clear of caffeine – its very dehydrating

  9. Avoid it in the afternoon as it can disrupt sleep
