How to Join Pilates Classes in Chippenham: Your Step-by-Step Guide improving your core, improving flexibility and relieving stress!



1. Check the Details

📍 Where?

  • Wednesdays at 7.15 PM – St Marys School Chippenham (opposite the hospital)

  • There is parking at the hall and toilets


💰 Cost:

  • £7 per class (pay-as-you-go)

  • Or save with one of our VIP Memberships — more classes for less!

⏱ Duration:Each session runs for approximately 40 minutes.


2. Book Your Spot

Pilates is super popular, and classes can fill up fast — so make sure to secure your place in advance!

Once booked, check your email (and your junk/spam folder) for directions to the hall.


3. What to Bring

To make the most of your Pilates experience, bring:

  • 🧘‍♀️ Comfy workout clothes you can move in

  • 👟 Socks or bare feet

  • 💧 A bottle of water

  • A mat 


4. Arrive a Little Early

We recommend arriving 10 minutes before your class starts.That gives you time to check in, settle down, and get ready to relax and stretch.


5. Feel Amazing

We work to Pilates music but you can go at your own pace, we always finish with a stretch and 5 minute breathing section, helping you relax and recharge.

You’ll leave feeling smiley, and on top of the world!


7. Come Back for More!

Consistency is key — the more you come, the more you’ll feel the benefits in your body and mood. Pilates is even better when it's part of your weekly routine.
