Feeling stressed? Try this 3 move IBIZAFLEX flow to help!!!
1 → Standing Forward Fold
Start standing at the top of your mat.
Inhale, reach your arms up
Exhale, fold forward, letting your head hang
Bend your knees as much as you need
This immediately releases neck and back tension.
2 → Half Lift
From your forward fold:
Inhale, place hands on shins
Lift your chest so your back is long and flat
Look slightly forward
Hold for 2–3 breaths
3 → Downward Dog
From Half Lift:
Exhale, bend your knees
Place hands on the floor
Step your feet back into an upside-down V
Let your head hang and your heels soften toward the floor.
