Raspberry Champagne

Drop one or two fresh or frozen raspberries into a the bottom of the glass before pouring in the champagne

Vanilla Champagne

Two drops of vanilla essence in the bottom of the glass before pouring in the champagne

Slow Champagne

2 tsp slow gin (homemade is the best!) in the bottom of a glass and top up with champagne – comes out a beautiful colour!

Bucks Fizz

Fill a glass a 1/3 full of fresh orange juice and top up with champagne for a less alcoholic treat

Kidz Fizz

Fill a glass ½ with fresh orange juice and top up with sparkling water or for a little different try sparkling elderflower
