A Beginners Guide to booking and attending Roz Chandler Fitness Classes!

I really look forward to seeing you online or in class!


Fancy a Free trial class?


  1. Head to our website or click the heart below!

  2. Click on the pink heart and enter your email

  3. Check your inbox and you will find a code

  4. Head to the class you wish to book either on the app or website, chose your venue and date and pop it in your basket - When prompted enter the free class code to get your free trial class.


Check your confirmation email for class directions and any equipment needed for that class

Please ensure you arrive at least 3 minutes before the class start time.


When in class you will be booked in by a member of my team.


If you’re doing a zoom class - still complete points 1 to 4.


Check your confirmation email for your ZOOM link or head to your booking on the app and access the zoom link via there.


What to wear?

Just wear comfy clothing and trainers or bare feet/socks for Pilates/Ibiza Flex.

Bring a mat to all classes with the exception of Clubbercise and Clubbercise Combat and Tone.


All venues have toilets and parking spaces!

I’m always at the end of a phone call, text, website chat or whats app if you have ANY questions!!


If you would like to continue classes there are several options to pay:

  1. Pay as you go!

  2. 10 class pass

  3. VIP Memberships save you £££££££!


Please note:


  • Bronze is for replays only

  • Lift lean in 15 is for live 6.30am Zoom sessions weekdays

  • Silver is for 8 classes per month. (Hall or zoom or both)

  • Gold is for Unlimited classes. (Hall or zoom or both)

  • Platinum is the ultimate package - Unlimited classes (Hall or zoom or both) and all online programs, one to one monthly support included.
