Lift Lean in 15, is a 15 minute workout that works every single muscle in the body for a true total body workout. You can see use small weights, kettlebells, or even a tin of baked beans to help keep your muscles and bones healthy! Classes accessed via Zoom. Accessible by Silver, Gold and Platinum members only.
