This dynamic 40-minute class blends strength training with Pilates-based core work for a complete, balanced workout. We start with a Lift Lean segment, using light to moderate weights and bodyweight exercises to build lean muscle, boost metabolism, and elevate the heart rate. In the second half, the class transitions into Pilates mat work, focusing on core strength, posture, stability, and controlled movement. You’ll slow things down while engaging deep muscles, improving flexibility, balance, and body awareness. This class is ideal for all fitness levels, with options provided throughout. You’ll leave feeling strong, energised, lengthened, and centered - the perfect mix of power and precision. 💪🧘♀️
