To get you out and about we are running a New Charity Walking Challenge for Springboard
Walk 15 kilometers in the next 3 weeks Or as far as you can
Its £10 to sign up - you can be sponsored if you chose thats up to you to decide.
Take a photo of yourself out and about in your bobble hat!
