About Roz
My passion for health and wellness began in 2005, when I trained and qualified as a full-time Rosemary Conley Fitness Franchisee, specialising in fitness, health, and nutrition. For ten years, I delivered a range of popular Rosemary Conley classes across Chippenham and the surrounding areas, supporting clients on their journey to improved wellbeing.
During this time, I also gained additional qualifications in Zumba, FitSteps, and Fitness Pilates, allowing me to offer a wider variety of fun and effective workouts.
In 2015, Rosemary Conley Diet and Fitness was acquired by Glow Fitness, and I continued my work under the Glow franchise in Chippenham until October 2021. During this period, I added Clubbercise and Kettlebells to my repertoire, further diversifying my classes and expertise.
When the Covid-19 pandemic hit in 2020, I quickly adapted by moving my classes online, ensuring my members could stay active and connected from the safety of their homes. As restrictions began to ease in spring 2021, I was thrilled to resume offering both live and online classes, creating flexibility and choice for my community.
Later in 2021, I launched Roz Chandler Fitness, marking an exciting new chapter in my career. Today, I offer a wide range of inclusive and enjoyable classes - from Clubbercise and DanceFit to Fitness Pilates - alongside support in nutrition and weight loss management.
